You can buy these freezing products over the counter as well. Cryotheraphy may cause swelling and redness to the affected area but generally pain reliever can reduce the swelling and discomfort.

There are several ways that you can do to avoid the risk of getting planter warts.
1. Keep your feet clean and dry.

2. Avoid walking barefoot.

3. Avoid having direct contact with person with warts.
After touching your feet, make sure you wash your hands.

4. If you notice a change in your skin, do not ignore it. Observe if there is any growth or changes in color.

5. Change your socks daily. Avoid sharing it with someone.
